Banpo Hangang Park: 03 September 2023

The Han River had played a significant role in Korean history ever since its establishment. It is the fourth longest river on the Korean peninsula and converges near Seoul. This river is lined with public parks, restaurants, pedestrian areas, walkways, and is one of the most famous landmarks of Korea. Thus, as it is a hotspot for Korean activity, we decided to pick the Banpo Hangang Park as a suitable location to host our first campaign. In this campaign about 20 members from KIS, SFS, YISS, APIS, and SIS came together to help make the Hangang a cleaner place for civilians, tourists, and students like ourselves.
